We may accept or decline any order. Orders are confirmed only after payment is processed.

We may not be able to cancel or change orders once production has started.

4. Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time. The price at checkout is final.

Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Our products are made to order.

Typical timeframes:

  • Production: 2–7 business days
  • Shipping: varies depending on location

Delays may occur due to carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order is handed to the shipping provider, the risk passes to you.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy.

In general:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind
  • We will replace or refund items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect

7. Donations

We may donate a portion of proceeds from selected products to environmental or community organisations.

These donations are made by us and are not direct donations from the customer. They are not tax-deductible for customers.

All designs, graphics, branding, and content on this site belong to Tassie On Toast.
