We want you to love your Tassie on Toast gear. If something’s not quite right, here’s how returns work.
Change of Mind or Size Exchange

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return postage.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the item.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We stand by the quality of our shirts. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

Notify us within 3 days of delivery at hello@tassieontoast.com.au with photos of the item and packaging.

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you the return details.

If approved, we’ll cover the return postage and offer you a refund, replacement, or exchange.
Please note:

Items damaged through wear, washing, or misuse are not considered faulty.

Only faults present at the time of delivery are eligible.
Non-Returnable Items

Sale and clearance items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned unless faulty.

Gift cards and personalised items are non-returnable.
Where to Send Returns
Once your refund request is approved, we’ll send you the return details. You can also drop by one of our market stalls — dates and locations are announced regularly on Instagram.
Processing Time

Refunds: issued within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.

Exchanges: shipped within 3 business days of receiving your return.
