Refund policy

We want you to love your Tassie on Toast gear. If something’s not quite right, here’s how returns work.


Change of Mind or Size Exchange

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the item.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Faulty or Damaged Items
We stand by the quality of our shirts. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery at hello@tassieontoast.com.au with photos of the item and packaging.

  • Once your request is approved, we’ll send you the return details.

  • If approved, we’ll cover the return postage and offer you a refund, replacement, or exchange.

Please note:

  • Items damaged through wear, washing, or misuse are not considered faulty.

  • Only faults present at the time of delivery are eligible.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale and clearance items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Gift cards and personalised items are non-returnable.


Where to Send Returns
Once your refund request is approved, we’ll send you the return details. You can also drop by one of our market stalls — dates and locations are announced regularly on Instagram.


Processing Time

  • Refunds: issued within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.

  • Exchanges: shipped within 3 business days of receiving your return.
