Shipping policy

We ship within Australia using trusted delivery partners. Some items are sent directly from Tasmania, while others are fulfilled through our production partners.


Processing Times

We offer a mix of ready-to-ship pieces and items made specially for you.

  • Ready stock (already printed):
    Ships within 1–2 business days from Tasmania
  • Made-to-order pieces:
    Ships within 3–7 business days, depending on the item

If your order includes both, they may arrive separately.


Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by carriers such as Australia Post.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard shipping: 3–8 business days
  • Express shipping: 1–4 business days (if selected at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.


Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping: Flat rate $10
  • Express shipping: Flat rate $15
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100

Split Deliveries

Because some items are shipped from different locations:

  • Orders may arrive in separate packages
  • You may receive multiple tracking links
  • Delivery times may vary between items

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

We ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers where supported by the carrier.


Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.

You can use this link to check your delivery status at any time.


Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Carrier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Weather or unforeseen events

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:
